Peter Sagan - Before he became King
Undeniably the hottest property in professional road cycling, Peter Sagan has a character larger than life itself and a career that seems to be going from strength to strength. I don’t think the planet realised what was about to hit it when Sagan hung up his mountain bike and took to the road full time. It was cool to ride and chat to Peter when he was riding for Cannondale Pro Cycling at an early season training camp in California back in 2013. Although we now know a lot more about the now three time World Champion, its always nice to reflect on the early days of his career before Saganmania ripped through the peloton and beyond.
